1. How do i buy credits?
   
   You can buy credits online with Paypal or Mastercard. When payment is finished, the credits will be added instantaneously in your account.

   During registration, you will receive 3 free minutes.
   Choose an affordable credit package and start your personal reading.
   You can start a chat with any online consultant or request an email consultation.
   
   
3. How long are my credits valid?
   
   Your credits are valid indefinitely.
   
   
4. Can I reread the conversation?
   
   Yes, you can easily reread the conversation in your account when you are logged in.
   You can find your conversation history in your personal account (top right).
   Can't see your conversation right away? Refresh the page, log in again, or contact customer service.
   
   
5. Are my credits added immediately?
   
   Yes, after purchasing your credits, they will be immediately added to your account.
   
   
6. Are consultants available?
   
   On our website, you can see who is available or who is offline/busy. With a green online button, you can start your chat immediately.
   
   
7. How do I start an email consultation?
   
   You can first register / at the top right of the website. Additionally, you can choose a credit package (for an email consultation, 20 credits are needed)
   
   
8. How do I start my trial chat?
   
   During your registration, you will receive 3 free minutes to familiarize yourself with our system. It is not allowed to create multiple accounts or misuse the free minutes
