This is how it works:
1. Find a consultant on the home page and click on it (it does not matter if the consultant is offline).
2. Choose the e-mail button
3. Type your questions and upload photos if necessary and send your e-mail consultation request.
4. The consultant will respond as soon as possible. You will receive the answer by e-mail.

Please note: consultations via e-mail are not processed as quickly as chats. It can take a few hours to a few days before you receive the answer to the e-mail consultation. If this is too long for you, we recommend chatting.
